According to Grand Island Police Department, a 34-year-old woman requested an Uber ride during which Belil grabbed her hand and kissed it. He proceeded to try to kiss the passenger, and police say Belil made more sexual advances when the woman got out of the car at a certain point. He also grabbed her around the waist. According to the woman, he grabbed her and pulled her back into the vehicle. Fortunately, she was able to get away and called the police.
