Emily is an Administrative Assistant and Victim Advocate. She has been on the Estey & Bomberger team for three years.
Throughout your case, Emily will work collaboratively with your Victim Advocate and attorneys to ensure we have all necessary documentation to build your case and make it as strong as possible. She is passionate about her work and feels honored to work alongside a dedicated and compassionate team of Victim Advocates.
Emily understands how much courage it takes to come forward and share your sexual assault. She promises to fight for your case and ensure your voice is heard. She’s witnessed firsthand how the criminal justice system can fail victims of sexual violence. She understands that pursuing a civil case is often your chance at receiving justice and hold responsible parties accountable for their actions. Emily promises to support you and listen to you every step of the way.
Emily has been a nationally certified Victim Advocate since 2021. She attended the University of San Diego where she received her B.A. in Psychology.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, biking, surfing, and listening to her favorite podcasts.
